The Eileen Quiring O’Brien campaign is excited to participate in the 60th Annual Hazel Dell Parade of Bands this Saturday, May 16, one of Southwest Washington’s longest-running and most beloved community traditions. Hosted by the Hazel Dell Salmon Creek Business Association, this year’s parade is expected to feature approximately 120 entries, including more than 25 marching bands, community organizations, local businesses, and families from across Clark County. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. and celebrates this year’s theme honoring community spirit and neighborhood pride.

Team Eileen will be joining the parade with supporters, volunteers, signs, campaign shirts, candy, and plenty of energy as we connect with residents throughout the Hazel Dell community. Eileen believes local events like this are an important reminder that public service starts with showing up, listening to neighbors, and being part of the community you hope to serve. The campaign is inviting supporters of all ages to come walk alongside Team Eileen and help make this year’s parade a fun and memorable event.

Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable shoes, positive energy, and plenty of community spirit as we celebrate one of Clark County’s great hometown traditions together.
